Who I Am
I am Eike Feldmann, a consultant and coach specializing in Quality Assurance and leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. With 15+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality management systems, and leading teams through change, and 10 years of experience as a certified Coach I bring both technical expertise and practical insight to every project. My career has been shaped by hands-on experience in regulated environments, where I learned how to inspire and build confidence in teams.

The experience I bring
I have worked in a variety of functions within Pharmaceutical Manufacturing: Head of Production, Head of Quality Control, Quality Assurance Manager and Qualified Person, mostly in Pharmaceutical Packaging, but also in Manufacturing (tablets, TTS, API). I am a Qualified Person according to EU GMP Annex 16 with basic training in Biologics and sterile manufacturing, and auditing.
I am a Pharmacist, certified Health Coach, certified Integral Life Consultant, and certified Yoga Teacher. I bring 10 years of Coaching experience, working with Professionals One-on-One as well as leading Leadership Team Workshops, interactive and training sessions.
